Please note, makeaball.com does not permit or condone the use of lewd or offensive text, slogans, logos or images. It is the sole responsibility of the ordering customer to verify that images and logos are not licensed, trademarked or copyright protected. At our discretion at any time, we may delete, remove or edit the images, photos or products without notification. If determined to be in violation of the above, Products still may be charged and the Purchaser forfeits his or her rights and payments to Makeaball.com and may not receive the Product. Makeaball.com will not be held liable if the ordering customer is in violation of these policies and Purchaser agrees to indemnify Makeaball.com, its representatives, assignees and designees from all responsibilities arising from suit, penalties, fines or similar. Makeaball.com will not be responsible for spelling or grammatical errors caused by Purchaser, Designer or User. It is the responsibility of the ordering customer to ensure that text and logos are correct before order is processed.

If there is a manufacturer error, Makeaball.com will gladly send a replacement or issue a site credit, as determined on a case-by-case basis. Defective items must be reported to Makeaball.com within 14 days of Purchaser’s receipt of Product in order to receive a replacements or credits, with no exception.
