I ordered a personalized soccer ball, it arrived deflated and would not hold air if pumped. I reached out to customer service and they were so quick to respond and remedy the problem. They replaced the ball and it arrived in perfect condition!

Made a gift for friends after winning basketball game championship. Quality was really good. Just wish i had sent in a better picture. Since in it was a picture of the whole team, it came out small/less detail. Would buy from here again.
