There was sticky stuff all over it, it’s very bumpy and not smooth. One spot of of the ball it looks and feels like the stitching is going to come apart. Not what I had expected at all and very disappointed. My daughter is upset because it wasn’t want she expected and it’s a Father’s Day gift. Back to the drawing board we go.

I ordered this custom soccer ball for a student of mine after a tragic loss in their life. Unfortunately, I accidentally put the wrong date due to confusion around the time of passing. I quickly reached out to customer service offering to pay whatever fee to get the text changed. They immediately responded and assured me they would fix it without charge. The actual ornament is wonderful!
The only issue I had was that the looped string that you hang the ornament with is placed so that when you hang the ornament- all of the graphics and photos are upside down.

When ordering, it clears stated “ball ships in 12-18 days”. Well, mine did not. I had ordered it for my sons high sbhool senior night. After 3 weeks, I called and spoke to a man that said he would tag my invoice and that it would be going out on Monday and he would have someone call me if they needed to expedite shipping. I never got a call and the ball wasn’t here in time for his senior night. It took almost a month to receive the ball. It should be advertised as so.

I'm a senior photographer and I offer these balls as an add on for my senior athletes. They are a unique item that parents can't get elsewhere. The kids love them. They are nicely made and high quality. I just wish the company would do a better job of cleaning them up before shipping. I spend at least 10 min cleaning a haze of adhesive (or something) off the ball before I can deliver to my customer.

Make sure you really pay attention to the design to make sure everything is perfect for the design team. Don't just look at it and approve the design.
They are great and making a ball for memories or rewards. The design team is amazing and will fix your design every time you have to make adjustments. When approving the design, check every detail to make sure dates and details are correct. If you do mess up they will allow you to get another ball made half off. They work quickly and you will have your ball in a month or less. I am very pleased with their work.

Looks great, but get the bigger one
It was a toss up between this size and the bigger one, and I kinda wish I'd gone with the bigger one. The quality of the ball and pictures are awesome, even on this smaller size, but if you're looking for a more realistic sized soccer ball, then pull the trigger on the larger one. Either way you won't be disappointed - the workmanship is incredible!

Missing stitches
Ball is perfect besides missing stitches. Thought it wouldn’t bother me but every time someone picks it up it’s the first thing you look at. This is a gift for a head athletic director and coach. I am ocd so my eyes go straight to it. My first purchase on my sons ball was amazing.

Great layout of the photos and very prompt!
Very very impressed with this company!! I gave them 3 photos and I wasn’t sure how the layout would look, but they adjusted to photos to be clearer and how they laid them out on the football was perfect!! I highly recommend this company!!

Best coaches gifts!

The football looks fantastic!
We got this for our son's coach and will be giving it to him tonight at their football banquet. It turned out amazing! The photos came out perfectly printed on the ball as well as the logos. This was super simple to do. Just upload the photos/images and they handle the rest. Being a designer myself I thought there would be a few revisions to get it right. Nope, they nailed it on the first proof sent. I'm going to order one for my son now for Christmas!

Great Item, Wonderful Customer Service!
I ordered 5 of the full sized footballs to give as coaches gifts. I designed it mostly myself and chose the “expert editing” for $4.95. Boy, am I glad I did. They took my design and made it amazing! I received the first proof within about 48 hours. I had small adjustments like type color and logo placement, which they fixed and sent back updated proofs until it was exactly how I wanted it. The process was easy and the end product amazing. It took about 2 weeks from initial proof to delivery, which was great. The balls arrived fully inflated and exactly how I wanted them! The coaches are going to love them.
The only thing I would suggest is they shouldn’t put the sticker with the order number right in the center of the beautiful team photo. On every ball it was placed smack dab in the center leaving a sticker residue. It would have been much better if the sticker was placed on the backside of the football or at the bottom of the photo instead of over the players faces. Besides that, everything was perfect! I would suggest this company to anyone wanting to celebrate their favorite player or thank a coach for their dedication.

Only one panel and the sticking was not straight.
The picture is only in one panel, nonlinear the pictures show. The stitching was not straight. Otherwise a great ball. The pictures did turn out great just wanted it to be what was advertised.
