    These are fully custom so you're free to design them however you'd like! Upload your favorite photos and logos along with the text you'd like used.

    Text samples include:

    For the best results, please upload clear, high-quality photos.

    If you are ordering multiple designs, please use the multi ball form. Using that, add your shared details first, then add individual details for each item.

    Each blanket is custom made after your order is submitted and you've approved your design.

    Production Time: It typically takes us 7-14 days to make your custom blanket after you approve your design

    Shipping Time: Once your blanket is made and ready to ship, it can take 1-5 days of ship time depending on the ship method you choose at checkout and your location. We ship all orders from Baltimore, MD.

    You will receive tracking details once your order has shipped. During busy seasons, production may take slightly longer.

    Due to the custom nature of our products, once a design is approved and enters production it is non-refundable and changes can not be made.

    If an item delivers damaged, with print defects, or incorrectly made we will make a replacement for you free of charge. Email us at custserv@makeaball.com along with your order number and with photos of the issue so we can get the error corrected.

    Once you submit your order, our graphics team will create a design and email it to you for approval. Designs are typically returned within 24 hours.
