Refund policy

Custom Products

Due to the personalized nature of our custom sports balls and similar items, all custom products are non-refundable once the customer has approved the final design and production has begun. If an error was made during our production process (e.g., incorrect spelling, color, or logo that differs from the approved design), we will take full responsibility and work with you promptly to resolve the issue.

If you notice a mistake in your submitted order, please contact us immediately. While we cannot guarantee changes once production has started, we will do our best to help correct the issue.


Non-Custom Accessories

Unused and undamaged accessories (e.g., display stands or cases) may be returned within 30 days of delivery. A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.


Damages or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a damaged item, a defective product, or an item that differs from what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of receiving the package. We will evaluate the issue and, if appropriate, offer a replacement or refund.


Refunds

Once your return or refund request is approved, we will issue the refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
