    Each magnet is custom made after your order is submitted and you've approved your design.

    Production Time: It typically takes us 5-7 days to make your custom magnet after you approve your design

    Shipping Time: Once your magnet is made and ready to ship, it can take 1-5 days of ship time depending on the ship method you choose at checkout and your location. We ship all orders from Baltimore, MD.

    You will receive tracking details once your order has shipped. During busy seasons, production may take slightly longer.

    Avoid long exposure to direct sunlight, water, or outdoor use.

    Clean gently with a soft dry cloth. Do not use chemicals, alcohol wipes, or abrasive cleaners on the printed area.

    Due to the custom nature of our products, once a design is approved and enters production it is non-refundable and changes can not be made.

    If an item delivers damaged, with print defects, or incorrectly made we will make a replacement for you free of charge. Email us at custserv@makeaball.com along with your order number and with photos of the issue so we can get the error corrected.

    You can, however, on our magnets we typically suggest only one photo be used. We'll do our best to accommodate whatever you'd like to use though.

    Once you submit your order, our graphics team will create a design and email it to you for approval. Designs are typically returned within 24 hours.

    Once you approve your design and it enters production, we typically have magnets ready in 5-7 days, plus ship time.
