Standard orders ship in 7-10 business days (that's our normal production) from our Baltimore, MD facility. Rush production is available for time-sensitive orders like senior night and championship games — contact us for rush pricing and availability before placing your order.
Can I put multiple photos on a single softball?
Yes. Our designer supports single-photo, multi-photo collage, full-team roster layouts, and senior portrait + action shot combinations. Most senior night and team gift orders include 2-6 photos along with names, numbers, and dedication text.
What size are your custom softballs?
Our custom softballs are available in official 12-inch and 11-inch sizes. They're designed primarily for display and keepsake — we recommend pairing every order with one of our acrylic display cases or wooden stands to elevate the presentation.
Are these usable softballs or display-only?
Our custom softballs are designed primarily as photo keepsakes and display items. The Custom Image Technology print is built to last for decades on display, but regular game use will wear the surface over time. For game balls, we recommend separate regulation play balls and reserve the custom photo softball for the keepsake moment.
Do you offer team discounts on bulk orders?
Yes. Orders of 5 or more receive a 20% team discount, automatically applied at checkout. For larger team-wide and booster-club orders, for custom pricing on programs of 25 or more.
How does the design and proof process work?
For straightforward designs you build yourself in our designer, no proof is needed — your design previews exactly as it will print. For custom designs, complex collages, or anything you'd like our design team to lay out, we'll create a digital proof for your approval before production starts. Revisions are free until you're satisfied.
