Make A Ball designed two towels for me for a couple who are retiring. It was a perfect gift and also doubled as signage. The graphic designers were very easy to work with and quickly made any changes or suggestions that I requested. In fact, one of the partygoers loved the towels so much, they are going to make one for an upcoming birthday. I encourage anybody who is interested to think beyond swim teams. These make a perfect gift for any pool, boat or beach lovers. They are also high quality towels.
Came out petfect!
Absolutely love this gift! I ordered a basketball last year my son loved it! This year is my other son’s senior year! Ordered this and it’s soooo nice! Quality is amazing too! I also called because I was concerned I wouldn’t get it timely for his senior night, they sent it ASAP! Great company!
Make a ball is a great company to work with. The towel I had made for my daughter’s boyfriend turned out perfect. The design team was very efficient in meeting my requests. I highly recommend.
My daughter loved her gift. However the proof was different than the actual photo it looks like they didn’t get the whole picture like her hair was missing. The quality is great and other than that it was great
Great towels, the kids absolutely loved how they turned out. Will be ordering more ASAP!
Absolutely love how these turned out and will be ordering more in the future!
Our basketball boys received these as part of their gift baskets for senior night. They turned out Awesome and everyone loved them!
My main concern was making sure I had everything within the parameters so my entire picture would be captured. My disappointment comes from the misalignment of the picture and border that runs off the edge. . I am quite surprised that quality control let this slip by. Again quality of the print is nice.
This company was very professional and punctual. My rally towel came on time and looks awesome. I had people coming up to me wanting to know where I had it made. Will definitely purchase more.
Design came out much better than anticipated!
Bought a personalized swim towel as a Christmas gift. I love that the company sent a preview and they were very responsive with any changes that needed to be made. It made a great gift!
We received the towels and they were great. It was senior gift for our college soccer players. Unfortunately they took longer to get than the 5-8 days it said it would take and missed giving them out on senior night. So order well in advance. They were a big hit when they finally arrived.
It turned out so lovely! It’s so nice he doesn’t even want to use it!! 😊
Fantastic product
My son’s face lit up when I gave him his towel. Turned out great, reasonably priced
These are great little gifts, but some small improvements on the customer design side could make the experience much better. I've used other sites for design and I had control of font size, and centering, and photo placement. This requires a lot of back and forth emails for simple changes and delays the process by an additional day each time. Provide instructions for the customers regarding the print lines (red and green) to better understand the photo placement and that would greatly improve the process. Print and ship times could be improved as it took over a week from approval to shipping, and that's a long time. Overall, very pleased with the outcome, and if the front end was improved, I'd choose this again.
The towels are neat and make great gifts. But the creation and design process could be improved for a better customer experience. Making simple changes like font size and centering could be controlled by the customer vs sending an email or calling for those kind of changes (which probably should be caught on the front end). And some simple instructions regarding the print lines (red and green lines) would make the entire process easier too. Overall, it turned out nice, but took over a week to ship following approval.
The towels make neat gifts. But the creation and design process could be improved for a better customer experience. Making simple changes like font size and centering could be controlled by the customer vs sending an email or calling in those kind of changes (which the designer shouldn't caught from the beginning). Adding simple instructions for the customer regarding how the print lines (red and green) work would make it a better process as well. I used other sites to design athletic gifts and this was provided making it quick and easy - wish this was offered here. Loved the towel when complete, but did take over a week to ship following approval so it was a lengthy process.
Amazing loved my towel would def order again
They imprint was awesome. Quality was awesome, but I didn't pay much attn to the size. When it said rally towel I was thinking the size would be such as a hand towel at least. It's more of the size of a large wash cloth. My grandson loved it, just wished it was bigger. He just hung it up like a picture cuz too little to sue as a towel.

Great product
This little towel exceeded my expectations. It came out clear and vibrant. Great product.
Great product
The towel came in 4 days late so we could not use them as our gift and had to spend another $140 to buy t-shirts instead.
The rally towel turned out very pretty. I ordered a pink towel & thought it would b pink on the back side, but it wasn’t. Still very satisfied. Thank you 😊.
