How Team Orders Work
1. Price your order. Use our Team & School Estimates page to build your order, see your pricing instantly, and download a professional estimate to share with your board, booster club, or athletic department.
2. Place your order or submit a PO. Order directly on the site, or if your school or organization requires a purchase order, submit your signed PO right from the estimate page. We accept school and booster POs with Net 30 payment terms from the invoice date.
3. Approve your design. Our design team creates your artwork within 24 hours of purchase and emails you a digital proof for approval before production begins. Revisions are included at no additional cost until you're completely satisfied.
4. We make it and ship it. Production and shipping run 7-10 business days from proof approval, from our Baltimore, MD facility. Rush options are available for senior nights, banquets, and championship celebrations.

Yes. We accept purchase orders from schools, booster programs, and organizations, with Net 30 payment terms from the invoice date. Submit your signed PO through our Team & School Estimates page, and a W-9 is available on request.
Is there a minimum order size?

Can every player's gift be personalized differently?
Yes. Every item is independently designed with each player's individual photos, name, and number. Most teams use a shared base layout, with the same school logo, colors, and season record, and swap in each player's details.
How long does a team order take?
Production and shipping run 7-10 business days from proof approval. For team and class orders, we recommend ordering 5-6 weeks before your event to leave comfortable cushion. Rush production is available for tight timelines, so contact us with your event date.
