Production Time: It typically takes us 7-8 days to make your custom rugby ball after you approve your design

Shipping Time: Once your rugby ball is made and ready to ship, it can take 1-5 days of ship time depending on the ship method you choose at checkout and your location. We ship all orders from Baltimore, MD.

You will receive tracking details once your order has shipped. During busy seasons, production may take slightly longer.

Avoid long exposure to direct sunlight, water, or rough outdoor use.

Clean gently with a soft dry cloth. Do not use chemicals, alcohol wipes, or abrasive cleaners on the printed area. For reference, we use a citrus based cleaner in our production facility.

Due to the custom nature of our products, once a design is approved and enters production it is non-refundable and changes can not be made.

If an item delivers damaged, with print defects, or incorrectly made we will make a replacement for you free of charge. Email us at custserv@makeaball.com along with your order number and with photos of the issue so we can get the error corrected.
