Make A Ball designed two towels for me for a couple who are retiring. It was a perfect gift and also doubled as signage. The graphic designers were very easy to work with and quickly made any changes or suggestions that I requested. My main concern was making sure I had everything within the parameters so my entire picture would be captured. My disappointment comes from the misalignment of the picture and border that runs off the edge. . I am quite surprised that quality control let this slip by. Again quality of the print is nice.

We received the towels and they were great. It was senior gift for our college soccer players. Unfortunately they took longer to get than the 5-8 days it said it would take and missed giving them out on senior night. So order well in advance. They were a big hit when they finally arrived.

These are great little gifts, but some small improvements on the customer design side could make the experience much better. I've used other sites for design and I had control of font size, and centering, and photo placement. This requires a lot of back and forth emails for simple changes and delays the process by an additional day each time. Provide instructions for the customers regarding the print lines (red and green) to better understand the photo placement and that would greatly improve the process. Print and ship times could be improved as it took over a week from approval to shipping, and that's a long time. Overall, very pleased with the outcome, and if the front end was improved, I'd choose this again.
The towels are neat and make great gifts. But the creation and design process could be improved for a better customer experience. Making simple changes like font size and centering could be controlled by the customer vs sending an email or calling for those kind of changes (which probably should be caught on the front end). And some simple instructions regarding the print lines (red and green lines) would make the entire process easier too. Overall, it turned out nice, but took over a week to ship following approval.

They imprint was awesome. Quality was awesome, but I didn't pay much attn to the size. When it said rally towel I was thinking the size would be such as a hand towel at least. It's more of the size of a large wash cloth. My grandson loved it, just wished it was bigger. He just hung it up like a picture cuz too little to sue as a towel.

We ordered towels for our son first delivery picture was not very good quality, contacted customer service they was willing to redo and ask us to send a better quality photo. They respond very quick.
