The Signature Option
After the ball arrives, have every player on the side sign the non-printed area before the presentation. At the ceremony, show the coach the front -- the squad photo, the season record, their name. Then ask them to turn it over. The handwriting of every player they coached that season, in front of the families who gave it, is the moment that closes the season properly. Present it last. The coach is honored after all their players have been honored.
