Standard production time is 5-10 business days from proof approval depending on product. So, order at least 2-3 weeks before your event so there is time for design creation, shipping, and collecting player signatures before the presentation. Rush orders can be possible; however, Contact Us with your event date, and we will let you know what is possible.

The three primary coach gift occasions are coach appreciation events (a dedicated gathering where honoring the coaching staff is the purpose), end-of-season banquets (presented at the close of the banquet after all player recognitions), and coaching career milestones (significant service anniversaries, record-breaking wins, and retirements). The strongest coach gift designs include: the team photo from the season or the coach's tenure (front and center), the season record or career record depending on the occasion, every player's name on the roster, the coach's name prominently featured as the recipient, and an inscription from the givers. For career milestone gifts, years of service and career win totals replace single-season stats. Player signatures on the non-printed panels are the element that most consistently produces the strongest reaction at the presentation.

Yes. A coach gift from a single family is designed differently from a team gift. Rather than the team photo and full roster, a single-family gift leads with a personal message that names the specific impact this coach had on their specific player. Many of the most meaningful coach gifts we produce are from one family rather than a group -- the design is simply built around the relationship rather than the full program.

When the ball arrives, bring it to a practice or team gathering during the week before your event. Have every player sign the non-printed areas with a permanent marker -- gold or silver Sharpies contrast well against the ball's surface. Keep the ball away from the coach until the presentation. For team orders placed for multiple coaches, designate one coordinator per coach to manage each ball's signatures independently.

Last. The coach gift should be the final moment of any recognition event -- after every player award, every team recognition, and every other presentation in the program. The coach is honored after the players. This positioning gives the gift the weight it deserves and ensures the room is fully focused on the moment. We turnaround virtual mockups within 24 business hours. If you like your design, you can approve it and we will go to production. If not, you have the opportunity to request edits. We usually complete edits same business day, but this process could expand a few days depending on how many rounds of edits.
