How long does a custom photo banner take to ship?
Most custom banner orders arrive within 7–14 days from proof approval. Production typically takes 7–10 days, plus 1–5 days of ship time depending on the shipping method chosen at checkout and your location. For senior night, banquets, and other date-specific events, we recommend ordering 3 weeks ahead to be safe. Rush orders are available. Just give us a call.
What sizes are your custom photo banners available in?
Our custom banners come in three sizes. Our Standard Banner (3' × 1.5') is perfect for individual athletes, bedroom walls, and celebrations. Our Large Banner (6' × 3') is ideal for senior night displays, gym walls, school hallways, and pep rallies, and it is also available with an optional weighted anchor for hanging in open spaces. For maximum impact, our Jumbo Banner (12' × 6') is designed for stadium fences, gym walls, and large team or school displays. Every banner is professionally finished with metal grommets for easy hanging.
Is there a minimum order?
No. Order a single custom baseball or one for every player on the roster. There is no minimum order, and each ball can have its own design, so every player can have their own photo, name, and number. Quantity discounts are available on larger orders, and team and school pricing is available on our Team & School Estimates page.
Are the banners designed for indoor or outdoor use?
Both. Our banners are sublimation printed on 100% lightweight nylon polyester with full-color durability, reinforced edges, and metal grommets for hanging. They're suitable for indoor gym and event-hall display as well as outdoor field and stadium use.
Can I include multiple photos on a single banner?
Yes. Most senior night, team spirit, and milestone birthday banners include 2–10 photos along with names, dates, and dedication text. Our design team will help lay out multi-photo banners for maximum visual impact at any size.
How do I hang the banner?
Banners ship with reinforced edges and four metal grommets at the corners, with eight on the jumbo size running along the 12-foot edge. They can be hung with zip ties, bungee cords, or banner ropes. The Large size is also available with an optional weighted anchor for hanging in open spaces.
How does the design and proof process work?
For all orders, our design team creates your artwork within 24–48 hours of purchase and emails you a digital proof for approval before production begins. This includes custom club crests, logos, names, and any fully custom layouts. Revisions are included at no additional cost until you’re completely satisfied with the design.
