Frequently Asked Questions About Custom Water Bottles
How long does a custom water bottle take to ship?
Standard orders ship in 7-10 business days (that's our normal production) from our Baltimore, MD facility. Rush production is available for time-sensitive orders like senior night, championship games, and season-start team orders, so contact us for rush pricing and availability before placing your order.
Will the photo fade or chip with daily use?
No. Our Custom Image Technology is engineered for daily use, and the photo will not fade or chip through normal handling in the gym bag, at practice, or on the sideline. To keep the print looking its best for years, wash the bottle by hand. We do not recommend the dishwasher, as dishwasher cycles will damage the printed design over time.
What sizes do the water bottles come in?
Our custom water bottles come in one size: 34 oz insulated stainless steel, with double-wall vacuum insulation for hot and cold retention and full-color photo printing. It's a full-day bottle built for practices, games, and everything in between. We are not able to produce custom sizes.
Are the water bottles dishwasher safe?
No. We recommend hand washing only. The printed design will not hold up in a dishwasher, and dishwasher cycles will damage the artwork. A quick hand wash with warm water and mild soap keeps both the bottle and the print in great shape for years.
Do you offer team discounts on bulk orders?
Water bottles are priced the same at any quantity. For help putting together a team-wide or booster-club order, contact us and we'll help coordinate your group's order.
How does the design and proof process work?
For all orders, our design team creates your artwork within 24 hours of purchase and emails you a digital proof for approval before production begins. This includes custom club crests, logos, names, and any fully custom layouts. Revisions are included at no additional cost until you're completely satisfied with the design.
