Standard orders ship in 7-10 business days (that's our normal production) from our Baltimore, MD facility. Rush production is available for time-sensitive orders like senior night, championship games, and season-start team orders — contact us for rush pricing and availability before placing your order.
Will the photo fade or chip with daily use?
No. Our Custom Image Technology is engineered for daily-use durability. The photo will not fade, chip, or wash off — even with dishwasher cycles and repeated use. Built to handle the daily life of an athlete's gear bag.
What sizes do the water bottles come in?
Our most popular sizes include 20 oz and 32 oz insulated stainless steel water bottles. Both sizes feature double-wall vacuum insulation for hot and cold retention, and both work with our full-color photo printing. Contact us if you need a non-standard size for a specific team order.
Are the water bottles dishwasher safe?
Yes. Our custom water bottles are dishwasher safe (top rack recommended). The photo printing is engineered to handle dishwasher cycles without fading, chipping, or peeling.
Do you offer team discounts on bulk orders?

For straightforward designs you build yourself in our designer, no proof is needed — your design previews exactly as it will print.
