Frequently Asked Questions About Custom Water Bottles
How long does a custom water bottle take to ship?
Most custom water bottle orders are ready in 5–7 days after you approve your design proof, plus shipping time. Ship time varies by the shipping method chosen at checkout and your location. For senior night, season start, and other date-specific events, we recommend ordering 3 weeks ahead to be safe. Rush orders are available. Just give us a call.
Will the photo fade or chip with daily use?
No. Our decal transfer is engineered for daily use, and the photo will not fade or chip through normal handling in the gym bag, at practice, or on the sideline. To keep the print looking its best for years, wash the bottle by hand. We do not recommend the dishwasher, as dishwasher cycles will damage the printed design over time.
What sizes do the water bottles come in?
Our custom water bottles come in one size: 34 oz insulated stainless steel, with double-wall vacuum insulation for hot and cold retention and full-color photo printing. It's a full-day bottle built for practices, games, and everything in between. We are not able to produce custom sizes.
Are the water bottles dishwasher safe?
No. We recommend hand washing only. The printed design will not hold up in a dishwasher, and dishwasher cycles will damage the artwork. A quick hand wash with warm water and mild soap keeps both the bottle and the print in great shape for years.
Can I order water bottles for the whole team?
Yes. Team-wide orders are welcome with no minimum, and every bottle can have its own name, number, and photo. Give us a call and we'll help coordinate your group's order.
How does the design and proof process work?
For all orders, our design team creates your artwork within 24–48 hours of purchase and emails you a digital proof for approval before production begins. This includes custom club crests, logos, names, and any fully custom layouts. Revisions are included at no additional cost until you're completely satisfied with the design.
