Every order ships from our shop in Baltimore. At checkout you will see our standard flat rate along with live rates from USPS and UPS, and you choose whichever works best for your timeline and budget.
Standard Shipping
Our standard rate is based on your order total, so you know what shipping costs before you get to checkout. One rate covers the whole order no matter how many items are in it.

Rates apply to orders shipping within the United States. Order total is calculated after any discounts are applied.
USPS and UPS Rates
Alongside our standard rate, checkout pulls live pricing directly from USPS and UPS based on your address and what is in your cart. Sometimes one of those quotes comes in cheaper than our flat rate, and you are welcome to choose that option.

Shipping Time Is Not the Same as Production Time
This is the one thing worth understanding before you order. Choosing Next Day Air does not make your order arrive tomorrow, because every piece we make is custom.
For all orders, our design team creates your artwork within 24 hours of purchase and emails you a digital proof for approval before production begins. Revisions are included at no additional cost until you're completely satisfied. Once you approve the proof, production takes 7 to 10 business days. Shipping time is added after that.
Team and Bulk Orders

Shipping Questions
How long will it take to get my order?
Our design team emails you a proof within 24 hours of purchase. Once you approve it, production takes 7 to 10 business days, and then shipping time is added on top. If you have a date you need to hit, tell us when you order and we'll confirm it works.
Will paying for faster shipping get my order sooner?
It shortens the time your order spends in transit, but it does not speed up production. If your date is tight, contact us before you order and we'll tell you honestly whether it's possible.
Why do I see several shipping prices at checkout?
You're seeing our standard flat rate alongside live rates quoted directly by USPS and UPS for your address and cart. Pick whichever option you'd like. Sometimes a carrier rate is cheaper than our flat rate. In that instance, feel free to choose the cheaper option if it works with your timeline.
Does a bigger order cost more to ship?
Our standard rate is based on your order total, so larger orders do fall into higher shipping tiers. A full team order still ships as one delivery under one rate rather than being charged per item.
Do you ship outside the United States?
The rates on this page apply to orders shipping within the United States. For anywhere else, contact us before ordering and we'll quote it for you.
Will my whole team order arrive at once?
Yes. Team orders are produced together and ship together, so a full roster arrives in the same delivery. Very large orders may travel in more than one box, but they leave at the same time and arrive together.
