All Team Shop products require a minimum of 12 pieces per order. This minimum applies to every product in the Team Shop catalog without exception. If you need fewer than 12 pieces, or if you need individualized products where each piece has a different name and photo, most Team Shop products are also available as individual custom products with no minimum order. Individual custom products are priced slightly higher per unit but can be fully personalized for each athlete.

No. Team Shop orders use one shared design applied identically across all pieces in the order. There is no individualization in the Team Shop. Every piece must carry exactly the same artwork. If you need personalized products where each athlete has their own name, number, and photo on their piece, most Team Shop products are also available as individual custom products on our standard product pages. Individual custom products have no minimum order quantity and can be fully personalized for each athlete, but are priced slightly higher per unit than the Team Shop equivalent. Yes. Every Team Shop product is priced lower per unit than the equivalent individual custom product. The Team Shop format allows us to produce a shared design across a full quantity run, which reduces the per-unit cost. You get the same professional design quality and full-color printing at a better price per piece when you order 12 or more with the same artwork.

Team Shop orders are placed directly through the standard Shopify cart and checkout on makeaball.com. Browse the Team Shop collection, select your product, enter your quantity (12 or more), upload your artwork or logo, and complete the checkout. For large program orders spanning multiple products, or for orders requiring consolidated invoicing or purchase order processing, contact us before placing for dedicated coordinator support.

Yes. Purchase orders are accepted for school-funded Team Shop orders. If your athletic department, booster organization, or school administration is funding a Team Shop order, we can process it against a PO. Contact us directly with your order details for a quote and draft order number before placing.

We turnaround virtual mockups within 24 business hours. If you like your design, you can approve it and we will go to production. If not, you have the opportunity to request edits. We usually complete edits same business day, but this process could expand a few days depending on how many rounds of edits.

We ship from Baltimore, MD. So, when ordering, factor in shipping times. Northeast is usually 1-2 business days. Midwest and Southeast are usually 2-3 business days. Central and Mountain are usually 3-4 business days. And West Coast is usually 4-6 business days. We also ship to Alaska, Hawaii, and all International locations.
