    Shipping Time: Once your swag towel is made and ready to ship, it can take 1-5 days of ship time depending on the ship method you choose at checkout and your location. We ship all orders from Baltimore, MD.

    Due to the custom nature of our products, once a design is approved and enters production it is non-refundable and changes can not be made.

    If an item delivers damaged, with print defects, or incorrectly made we will make a replacement for you free of charge. Email us at custserv@makeaball.com along with your order number and with photos of the issue so we can get the error corrected.
