Each softball is custom made after your order is submitted and you've approved your design.

Production Time: It typically takes us 5-7 days to make your custom softball after you approve your design

Shipping Time: Once your softball is made and ready to ship, it can take 1-5 days of ship time depending on the ship method you choose at checkout and your location. We ship all orders from Baltimore, MD.

You will receive tracking details once your order has shipped. During busy seasons, production may take slightly longer.

Keep your custom Makeaball indoors or in a dry display area.

Avoid long exposure to direct sunlight, water, or rough outdoor use.

Clean gently with a soft dry cloth. Do not use chemicals, alcohol wipes, or abrasive cleaners on the printed area. For reference, we use a citrus based cleaner in our production facility.

Due to the custom nature of our products, once a design is approved and enters production it is non-refundable and changes can not be made.

If an item delivers damaged, with print defects, or incorrectly made we will make a replacement for you free of charge. Email us at custserv@makeaball.com along with your order number and with photos of the issue so we can get the error corrected.

Yes, feel free to upload your favorite photos. We typically recommend no more than three per side but do our best to accommodate whatever you'd like to use.

Once you submit your order, our graphics team will create a design and email it to you for approval. Designs are typically returned within 24 hours.

Yes, of course! Please note that trademarked or licensed logos (ex. NFL logos) are not allowed unless you have permission to use them.

While our items are real, we do not recommend playing with them as the graphics will get damaged and not hold up to wear and tear.
