Once you submit your order, our graphics team will create a design and email it to you for approval. Designs are typically returned within 24 hours.
Once you approve your design and it enters production, we typically have items ready in 7-8 days, plus ship time.

Yes, of course! Please note that trademarked or licensed logos (ex. NFL logos) are not allowed unless you have permission to use them.
While our items are real, we do not recommend playing with them as the graphics will get damaged and not hold up to wear and tear.
