Gift with a wow affect!

The volleyball I ordered turned out great. The process itself is clunky and could be improved by some better up-front instructions on design lines. Changed had to be emailed back and forth or called in and that process took a lot of time waiting for a new proof. It took over a week to ship after approving final design so the process is lengthier than expected. Glad I started early, and it turned out great, but process overall could be improved.
